Ms. Piotte develops, directs, and manages programs, processes, and procedures that ensure the human resources needed to fulfill company goals and objectives are acquired, developed (trained), effectively utilized, duly recognized, properly rewarded and retained. Additionally, she develops and drives internal corporate communication strategies to create workforce understanding and commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of the entire organization.

An experienced Human Resource professional with extensivet experience in recruitment, compliance, benefits and compensation, employee relations, training, employee communications, safety and health programs, and document management.
